How many lists can I create for my account?

There is no limitation on number of lists you creat. However, we recommend separate your lists based on the subscriber category in order to organize your contacts. You can also create a different list for each newsletter event or groups

Do you charge per email or per subscriber?

We have both kind of plans. We have monthly plans based on the number of subscriber in your account. Your account can be upgraded or downgraded based on the subscriber count. In pay per email, you can top-up your account with email credits. 1 Email credit = 1 Email

Do you provide ready to use email Templates?

Yes, we have category wise email template (HTML Template) library with built-in email editor. Email templates are organised category wise, to provide a better selection based on your content/event. We can also provide custom email template for a nominal fee.

Are my emails are delivered for sure. How I can check?

YakoMail is build on redundant cloud platform with separate queue engine to process your campaign promptly. We also provide complete reporting stat including bounced email. After every campaign is finish, our system automatically sends a conformation mail you with details like: start and end time of campaign, total count etc.

Will my emails get delivered to AOL/Yahoo/Microsoft/Gmail/Comcast/Cox contacts?

Yes, we have configured a feedback loop system with major ISP/ESP which helps effective monitoring of spam and maximum delivery to inbox.

Does Yakomail have bounce-back handling and reporting?

Yakomail has full featured bounce handling tool. At times an email may bounce due to non availability of remote server. Our intelligent routing system considers these bounces as soft bounce and such emails are again queued for re-try after some time. We also report hand bounce along with probable reasons. After certain number of hard bounce our system automatically removes the subscriber from list

What kind of email is considered spam?

Spam is defined as unsolicited mass email to persons with whom you do not have a business relationship and have not requested (opted-in) his willingness for your mailing list. Yakomail follows strict Anti-Spam Policy.

Does Yakomail includes an opt-out/Unsubscribe link?

Every email sent through Yakomail contains a mandatory remove link at the bottom of the message.

Are my subscriber/contact list secure?

We have 128 bit encryption system in place to secure your valuable data. We never sell,share or rent your data or list.

What is the billing system of Yakomail?

We accept all major credit cards as payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card). This card will be billed monthly or annually depending on plan

Can I use my own company logo in my HTML email templates?

Yes, you have full control to over the look and contents of your emails.
